PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably derive a three-dimensional shape of an object to be measured with high accuracy without causing an adverse effect on the visibility of the object to be measured or the work efficiency of an operator.;SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shape measurement device 110 is provided with a projection light source 150 for projecting light on an object 102 to be measured, a light receiving element 160 for receiving reflected light that is reflected on the object to be measured to form a projection image, a signal generation part 170 for generating a binarized control signal, a lighting control part 162 for turning off a lighting device 120 that projects illumination light on the object to be measured while the control signal indicates a first state, a projection image formation control part 172 for causing the light receiving element to form a projection image while the control signal indicates the first state, and a three-dimensional shape derivation part 176 for deriving a three-dimensional shape of the object to be measured based on the projection image formed by the light receiving element.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
