PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support scheduling for delivering a power supply/demand adjustment to the market at lower cost by cancelling a power transmission bottleneck caused by power transmission congestion.SOLUTION: A power supply/demand adjustment delivery schedule system comprises additional power transmission capacity analysis means and target power transmittable capacity determination means. The additional power transmission capacity analysis means obtains power supply result data D6 regarding result values of a power supply that is supplied to a power system and a power supply amount, power system stabilization result data D7 regarding result values of a power supply to restrict power supply for power system stabilization and a power restriction amount or a user facility to restrict load and a load restriction amount for power system stabilization, and power supply/demand adjustment delivery result data D8 regarding result values of an adjustment amount of a power supply/demand adjustment of a power supply to be participated in the power market and total delivery cost, and calculates additional power transmission capacity by performing additional power transmission capacity analysis on power transmittable capacity of consignment paths of the power system in the total delivery cost of the power supply/demand adjustment and power supply amounts of the power supplies. On the basis of the additional power transmission capacity that is obtained from the additional power transmission capacity analysis means, the target power transmittable capacity determination means determines target power transmittable capacity for minimizing the total delivery cost from present power transmittable capacity and a power supply schedule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
