PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an acoustic property of a system to be measured with simple constitution, while securing measurement accuracy.;SOLUTION: A sound signal output unit 720 is configured to start output of a sound signal X(t) for measurement over a predetermined time T₂, according to an output start instruction issued at the time when a predetermined time T₁ elapses after starting a recording operation. While, a recording unit 730 is configured to record a sound collection result at a predetermined sound collection position of sound corresponding to the sound signal X(t) for measurement output by a sound treatment device 800 that has received the sound signal X(t) for measurement, for a period from a time point of starting the recording operation to a time point of ending an output operation.
