To provide a resin for acoustic wave probes and a resin material for acoustic wave probes which can realize an acoustic wave probe constituent member having an acoustic impedance close to a living body value by being molded, a reduced acoustic wave attenuation amount, and an excellent chemical resistance, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the resin material for acoustic wave probes, an acoustic lens, an acoustic wave probe, an ultrasound probe, an acoustic wave measurement device, an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus, a photoacoustic wave measurement device, and an ultrasound endoscope.SOLUTION: There are provided: a resin for acoustic wave probes comprising (A) a specific polymer, (B) a polysiloxane, (C1) an organic peroxide and/or (C2) a photo-radical polymerization initiator, and (D) an inorganic oxide; a resin material for acoustic wave probes comprising (A) a specific polymer, (B) a polysiloxane, and (D) an inorganic oxide; a method of manufacturing the resin material for acoustic wave probes; an acoustic lens; an acoustic wave probe; an ultrasound probe; an acoustic wave measurement device; an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus; a photoacoustic wave measurement device; and an ultrasound endoscope.SELECTED DRAWING: None
