PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable determination of appropriateness of a DR possible amount being calculated by an aggregator and becoming a distribution reference of a DR command amount, and, thereby, to improve estimation accuracy of the DR possible amount as compared with that in conventional ones.SOLUTION: An aggregator system 10 comprises: a database 36 sequentially acquiring a state parameter related to power demand of electrical equipment 56 at a predetermined time interval from individual consumer power management systems 12; a first power demand suppression possible amount estimation part 46 calculating a first power demand suppression possible amount with respect to the consumer power management systems 12 based on the state parameter and a predetermined model expression; and a transmission part 34 transmitting a power demand suppression command amount obtained based on the first power demand suppression possible amount together with a calculation reference state parameter (DB) being a state parameter used for calculation of the first power demand suppression possible amount to the individual consumer power management systems 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
