PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting nucleic acid, which is capable of efficiently detecting a plurality of target biomolecules in a sample containing biomolecules.;SOLUTION: According to the present invention there is provided a method of detecting a target biomolecule, the method comprising the steps of: (a) dispensing a sample containing biomolecules into a plurality of reaction vessels in which a first ligand capable of binding to one of a plurality of target biomolecules and a second ligand containing nucleic acid in at least one part thereof and capable of binding to the same target biomolecule as the first biomolecule are immobilized; (b) liberating the second ligand immobilized in the reaction vessel into a liquid in the reaction vessel; (c) performing a nucleic acid amplification reaction in the reaction vessel; and (d) measuring the amount of protons generated in each reaction vessel during the nucleic acid amplification reaction.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
