PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in vitro hypersensitive skin evaluation device and evaluation method using same characterized in being able to reproduce the conditions of an epidermis which is highly sensitive to skin irritation and assess the effectiveness and safety of agents thereon, in view of the need for establishing an in vitro evaluation system to address the problems of securing subjects, reducing damage, and reducing testing costs as conventionally, animals and humans were generally used to make evaluations such as irritation or itchiness on skin highly sensitive to skin irritation such as hypersensitive skin.;MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: The inventors of the present invention completed the invention by discovering that the effectiveness and safety of an agent could be simply evaluated by using a device that reproduced hypersensitive skin conditions by co-culturing epidermal equivalents and nerve cells.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
