A skin measuring device used to measure the firmness and elasticity of the skin is large and difficult to carry. Further, the skin measuring device requires training for measuring, and has a problem that it cannot perform an easy measurement. A skin evaluation coefficient learning device of a first aspect of the present technology comprises: an image analysis unit which acquires at least one skin image index by analyzing a skin image obtained by photographing a skin surface; a measurement value acquisition unit which acquires measurement values related to the firmness and elasticity of the skin, that are measured using a skin measuring device and are obtained by measuring the skin included in the skin image; and a coefficient acquisition unit which accumulates the combination of the measured value and the skin image index for a plurality of skins, performs regression analysis using the measured value as an objective function and the skin image index acquired by the image analysis unit as an explanatory variable, and calculates a skin evaluation coefficient that indicates the relative relationship between the skin image index and the skin evaluation index that evaluates the firmness and elasticity of the skin.
