PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote operation system of construction machine capable of achieving a high reliable remote operation by preventing error and/or failure on data from being generated on a communication path when carrying out remote operation of a construction machine.SOLUTION: The construction machine receives an operation signal from an operation unit via radio, and a part and/or all of mechanical operations are controlled based on the operation signal. The construction machine includes: a camera for picking up adjacent images; and an error correction encoding part that imparts an error correction code to a piece of image data picked up by the camera. The encoding conditions of the error correction encoding part are controlled based on the operation signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
