PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-count counting system, a head-count counting method, and a head-count counting result browsing method that can count the number of people with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A head-count counting system 100 includes an imaging unit (cameras 21-23) and a head-count counting device 200 including a person extraction unit 220 and a count determination unit 230. The person extraction unit 220 determines if there is a person facing toward a prescribed direction from a video frame received from the imaging unit, determines if the person is in a specified area in the frame, determines the person's size, and extracts a counting object candidate person every group of a plurality of frames. The count determination unit 230 corrects a frame about which the counting object candidate person is not extracted among the plurality of frames on the basis of positional information on the counting object candidate person extracted in frames before or after the frame, and counts a counting object candidate person staying for a long time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
