PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of conventional radio line allocation method that it is difficult to increase throughput of the entire system, by providing each user station with fair throughput.SOLUTION: In a radio line allocation method where a radio communication apparatus, covering a service area by multiple beams using a predetermined frequency band repeatedly, allocates radio lines to multiple terminals in the service area, the radio communication apparatus executes first processing for distributing the available transmission power and frequency band of the entire system to the multiple beams, respectively, and second processing for determining transmission parameter of each terminal, based on the positional information indicating the position of the terminal acquired from the multiple terminals, and notifying each terminal of the information indicating the determined transmission parameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
