In one non-exclusive embodiment, a further improved molecule is provided from an antibody that can bind to an antigen in an ion concentration dependent manner. In another non-exclusive embodiment, a safer and more advantageous Fc region variant with reduced binding to an existing ADA is provided. In another non-exclusive embodiment, a novel IL-8 antibody that is superior as a pharmaceutical is provided.
