In one non-exclusive embodiment, a more improved molecule is provided from an antibody capable of binding to an antigen in an ionic concentration-dependent manner. In another embodiment that is non-exclusive, it provides a safe and more favorable Fc domain variant with reduced binding to conventional ADA. As another non-exclusive embodiment, it provides excellent novel IL-8 antibodies as pharmaceuticals.
