The present invention addresses the problem of providing a thermochromic film that exhibits excellent durability, and a thermochromic composite comprising the thermochromic film as a constituent element. This thermochromic film has, on a substrate, an optically functional layer at least containing thermochromic vanadium dioxide particles, the thermochromic film being characterized in that the optically functional layer contains an amide group-containing resin binder.
