PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise determination technology with which a significant structure on an image can be suppressed from being incorrectly determined as noise, irrespective of a situation where the image is photographed.SOLUTION: There is provided a noise determination device determining noise in image data provided in a frame unit, the noise determination device performing frequency resolution of the image data, sampling a predetermined number of data for a low-frequency component having a relatively low frequency and a high-frequency component having a relatively high frequency of the obtained frequency components, and analyzing whether or not an edge image is included on the basis of a ratio of high-frequency-side data to low-frequency-side data.
