PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a childcare word use tendency from features specific to a childcare word of an input speech with high accuracy.SOLUTION: Features (existence of the childcare word, a subject not accompanied with a particle, and a predicate not accompanied with a predicate ending) specific to a childcare word used toward an infant are detected from an input speech by a feature detection part 362. A score indicating a use tendency of the childcare word is calculated on the basis of the features specific to the detected childcare word by a score calculation part 364.
