PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data structure of visual images that contributes to steady development of objective methods for measuring the trends of baby talk use and a baby talk use trend measuring device for measuring the trends of baby talk use by utilizing utterances by persons having seen such visual images.SOLUTION: A data structure of visual images is presented by a visual image presenting device that presents images to measure the trends of baby talk use by surveyed persons. The data structure comprises one or more sets of image data for presenting at least one acting subject or one kind of acting subjects and at least one action or one kind of actions by the acting subject or subjects, identifying information on the image data and expression in baby talk of the acting subject or subjects contained in the image data indicated by the identifying information, and a target word list including combinations of the identifying information on the image data, expression in baby talk of the acting subject or subjects contained in the image data and expression in baby talk of actions by the acting subject or subjects contained in the image data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
