Summary of low lactose milk drink added with products from ultrafiltration of whey and its process of production the present invention belongs to the technology sector of food.And more specifically, to the dairy industry.Having as main objective to propose a new process for the production of milk drink mixed with syrup of sugar and / or protein obtained from the ultrafiltration (UF) of whey.And its product.The product obtained is classified as a low lactose content and consists of a milk drink with high protein content from the addition of whey proteins and a sugar syrup.Obtained from the UF permeate of whey. This milk drink has a varying content of 5% to 15% protein and is added with an amount of 4% to 10% of the syrup obtained.In relation to the process of obtaining the drink proposal, the same comprises initially the separation of proteins and involves the step of ultrafiltration and diafiltration.As the recovery of the UF permeate passes through the stages of nanofiltration, diafiltration, and enzymatic hydrolysis.
