The subject of the invention is fresh yoghurt cheese of dense consistency with live bacterial flora and piece products made on its basis - yoghurt desserts (product family), glazed with chocolate or cocoa mass, bar-shaped, the main components of which are fresh yoghurt cheese of dense consistency with live bacterial flora obtained by souring a yoghurt bacterial starter with a possible complementary treatment with an organic acid of milk or preferably milk condensed in lyonfiltration or powdered milk, cutting, heating the clot and separating the whey formed, as well as the method of their manufacture.
