A hole-punching mechanism configured for applying reinforcement stickers and punching holes in a single clicking action, said mechanism comprises: a base; an elongate shaft extending from said base; a hole punching lever arm configured to punch holes, said hole punching lever arm being connected to said elongate shaft by means of a hole punching fulcrum, at its operative distal end; a reinforcement lever arm configured to apply reinforcement stickers to the area where holes are to be punched, said reinforcement lever arm being connected to said elongate shaft by means of a reinforcement lever fulcrum, at its operative distal end; and a blade located atop said base and further coupled to said hole punching lever arm and to said reinforcement lever arm, said blade acting against said base in response to force exerted on said hole punching lever arm in order to punch a hole on any material between said blade and said base, said blade acting against said base in response to force exerted on said reinforcement lever arm in order to punch a reinforcement sticker on said punched hole on any material between said blade and said base.
