JOINT WATCHING SIMULATION METHOD AND APPARATUS IN LIVE BROADCAST

Disclosed are a joint watching simulation method and apparatus in a live broadcast. The method comprises: acquiring an initiation instruction acting on a live broadcast interface and selecting a target user; sending a joint watching invitation to the target user; establishing a video chat connection with the target user according to an acknowledgement response returned by the target user to the joint watching invitation; and creating at a pre set position of the live broadcast interface a display window for displaying a video chat picture. According to the present invention a friend who wants to watch a live broadcast jointly is selected on a live broadcast interface of the live broadcast according to a selection of a user and while watching the live broadcast an image of the friend who watches the live broadcast jointly can be viewed without switching to use other software and leaving a live broadcast page and interactive actions such as chatting and commenting can be performed thereby realizing a simple and rapid joint watching simulation effect of the live broadcast.
