PURPOSE: A system for performing LVC(Live Virtual Constructive) combine simulation, a method and a recording medium thereof, and designing device of an interlinking module are provided to make it possible to share scenario information between simulation or C4I(Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Intelligence) devices. CONSTITUTION: A standard interconnection interface uses standard scenario information which can be shared between simulation devices and uses standard information about tactical data link for exchanging information used in a live system. The shared standard scenario information is standard information based on MSDL(Military Scenario Definition Language). The standard information based on the MSDL provides a standard schema for sharing the scenario information and includes a configuration element of XML(eXtensible Markup Language) type which can write the system.
