The present invention provides a metal housing (100) of an electronic device wherein the metal housing (100) comprises a metal body (10) and a separating band (15) embedded in the metal body (10) and coming out of an external surface of the metal body (10) and the separating band (15) includes at least two nonmetal strips and at least one metal strip wherein the at least one metal strip is shaped between the at least two nonmetal strips and the two nonmetal strips are respectively connected fixedly to the metal body (10). The present invention also provides a method for manufacturing the metal housing (100) of the electronic device and the electronic device. The present invention enhances the vision of the whole appearance of the metal housing (100).
