The present disclosure is related to wet reduction processes by the electrochemical method to produce metallic nanocolloids, metallic oxides, or the deposition of metallic nanoparticles on the surface of fine particles. And aims to provide metallic nanocolloids suspensions of less than 100 nm, such as Ag, Cu, Au, Zn, Ni, Al, Amorphous Fe, Magnetite, etc., or of fine particles derived of calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide, zeolites, etc., with an average diameter in the range of 200 to 400 nm, with metal nanoparticles deposited on its surface with a diameter less than 100 nm, by an electrochemical process, with the main characteristic that instead of using a metal salt as a precursor for the synthesis of the desired metallic nanocolloid, a sacrificial electrode of the corresponding metal is used instead, which allows obtaining products at a lower cost than those existing in the state of the art. The produced nanocolloids can be useful in physical, catalysis, biological, biomedical and pharmaceutical applications such as antibacterial and antimicrobial, for a variety of applications such as its addition to paints, synthetic fibers, T-shirts manufacturing, socks, shirts, to avoid the bad smell of sweat caused by bacteria and ceramics with bactericidal properties, catalysis of chemical or petrochemical reactions.
