Each block (3A-3K) comprises a base (7), a top mount closure (g), and one or more side walls (11) extending between the base (9) and the upper mounting closure (9). Each of the base (7) and the upper closure assembly (9) forming a hole of the boss (74, 94). The jamb (5) extends through the holes of the stud (74, 94) of two or more blocks (3A-3K). At least part of the bases (7) and the upper closure assemblies (9) are secured on the jamb (5) on and/or in the vicinity of the respective (74, 94) stud holes.
