The present invention refers to method and formulation of products of maize flour obtained from young grains or any variety of corn, also considering the integral use of corn. The invention preserves the organoleptic properties similar to fresh dough of corn, with the advantage of facilitating the transportation and storage of the same for long periods of time. An opportunity is generated for the farmer upon having two crops in one year of a variety of maize that is harvested just in time for performing another crop.
