the object of the application is the way of detection high risk of ovarian cancer, characterized by that,in biological sample collected from patients tested the presence of the following constitutional mutation gene rad51c: r193x and 905 - 2delag,the presence of these mutations is the high risk of ovarian cancer.while in sporadic ovarian cancer mutation carrier: the risk is increased nearly 9 times than population risk of ovarian cancer; family is almost 50 times.
