FILM-FORMING HYDROSOLUBLE THERMOCHROMIC COMPOSITIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURES AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE SAME

The invention relates to a film-forming thermochromic composition meant to be used in covering the surface of outer elements of buildings and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the composition consists of 1...20% microencapsulated thermochromic materials, 1...10% pigment, 10...50% filler, 5...30% emulsified resin, 0.5...15% rheologic additive, 0.1...5% antifoaming additive and dispersion agent, respectively, 0.1...2% anti-mold additive, 0.1...10% coalescence agent, 10...30% demineralized water, with a pH value of 6.5...9.5, the percentage being expressed by mass. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists in preparing the mixture of dispersing and coalescence agents with anti-mold and anti-foaming additives, the emulsified resin and water, followed by impastation of pigment and filler, dispersion stabilization, viscosity adjustment, after which the encapsulated thermochromic materials are dispersed into the so-formed film-forming composition.
