The utility model relates to six originally designed oligonucleotides for loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) test kit for detecting Salmonella choleraesuis (Salmonellosis) in swine which comprises of forward and backward outer primers, forward and backward inner primers and forward and backward loop primers. Included and assembled also in the kit are the formulated components of the LAMP mixtures. A positive control is also incorporated in the kit from locally cultivated S. choleraesuis culture that had undergone crude genomic DNA extraction. A 0.3 microliter extract is added to the prepared LAMP mix and incubated at 60oC for 20 minutes.
