The present invention relates to a multi-tube organic sludge pyrolysis apparatus capable of recovering and reusing heat, the apparatus being capable of: pyrolyzing organic sludge with low thermal energy since heat from the organic sludge, which has been pyrolyzed in a process of transferring the organic sludge through multiple tubes, is transferred to the organic sludge, which is supplied for pyrolysis, so as to preliminarily heat the same; and increasing pyrolysis efficiency of the organic sludge by controlling the time, during which the organic sludge is heated, in a restricted section or region.
