Disclosed are a VR system (50), a wearable device (11) for controlling a VR device (12) and a method thereof. The wearable device (11) comprises a communication chip (111), a processing chip (112) and a touch screen (113) which are sequentially connected. The communication chip (111) establishes a connection, for acquiring control-requesting information, with the VR device (12). The processing chip (112) displays, on the touch screen (113), a control interface (114) according to the control-requesting information. The processing chip (112) generates control information according to a touch action on the control interface (114), and sends the control information to the VR device (12) by means of the communication chip (111) so as to control the VR device (12) via the control information. By means of the method, the use experience of a user can be improved.
