Disclosed is a battery locking device, a new energy source transportation tool containing the battery locking device and a method for assembling and disassembling a power battery. The battery locking device comprises: an attachment bracket having a first connecting hole and a double limit structure; a shell structure having a second connecting hole; a pressing plate and a nut, wherein the pressing plate contains a head part and a column part passing through the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole, and a thread part used for joining the nut and a tail end fitted with a rotation operating tool are formed on the column part; an anti-rotation locking piece locks the nut relative to the shell structure, and when the pressing plate is placed at a first limit, the pressing plate and the nut joined on the thread part lock the attachment bracket and the shell structure; and when the pressing plate reaches a second limit, the head part of the pressing plate can exit through the first connecting hole so as to realize unlocking. The invention is suitable for rapid disassembly and the replacement of batteries. By only retaining the new energy source transportation tool with the locking and rapid disassembling and replacing functions, the mechanical structure is simplified, the arrangement space is minimized, the single machine cost is reduced, and the reliability is increased.
