A laminated toroidal coil (101) is provided with: a magnetic material substrate (11) having a first main surface (S1) and a second main surface (S2); a non-magnetic material substrate (a first non-magnetic material substrate (12) or the like); a laminated body (1) having a third main surface (S3) and a fourth main surface (S4); external electrodes (P1, P2); and a coil (CL). The laminated body (1) is formed by laminating the magnetic material substrate (11) and the non-magnetic material substrate, and a through hole (CP) penetrating the third main surface (S3) and the fourth main surface (S4) is provided in the laminated body (1). The external electrodes (P1, P2) are formed on the first non-magnetic material substrate (12) that is disposed on the third main surface (S3). The coil (CL) is formed by connecting: a first conductor pattern (21) formed on the first main surface (S1); a second conductor pattern formed on the second main surface (S2); an outer peripheral-side end surface conductor (41) formed on the outer peripheral-side end surface of the magnetic material substrate (11); and an inner peripheral-side end surface conductor (42) formed on the inner peripheral-side end surface of the magnetic material substrate (11), said inner peripheral-side end surface being on the through hole (CP) side.
