A vibration damper plate (3) used for being connected to a cradle head (30). The vibration damper plate (3) comprises a plate main body (31) and a sensor assembly (32). The sensor assembly (32) comprises a support member (322) fixed to the plate main body (31) and a sensor (321) mounted on the support member. The plate main body (321) comprises a mounting portion (311) provided with an accommodating chamber (3110). The sensor (321) is disposed in the accommodating chamber (3110) of the mounting portion. In the present invention, the sensor assembly is fixed to the plate main body of the vibration damper plate to form the vibration damper plate of a novel structure; the support member is fixed to the plate main body, the sensor is disposed on the support member, and accordingly the mounting precision and the rigid requirements of the sensor can be ensured; and the sensor is located in the accommodating chamber of the plate main body, and accordingly the sensor can be protected.
