The present invention relates to an externally-applied dermal preparation composition containing an extract of green tea produced through an extreme shading cultivation method, which is differentiated from existing shading cultivation of green tea and, more specifically, to an externally-applied dermal preparation composition, which contains an extract of extreme shade green tea having a remarkably increased amino acid content by cultivating green tea under shading of 99% or more, thereby obtaining more excellent skin moisturizing, skin protecting, and anti-aging effects.
