This packaging body 1 comprises: a first housing area 11 and a second housing area 12 that house a plurality of substances; and connection paths 21, 22 along which the substances can be distributed and which connect the first housing area 11 and the second housing area 12. The first housing area 11 and the second housing area 12 are configured so as expand/contract in response to external pressure and such that the substances flow along the connection paths 21, 22 in accordance with the expansion/contraction of the first housing area 11 and the second housing area 12.
