A double-sided steam eyepatch/mask comprises a first layer (1) made of a material containing activated carbon; a second layer (2) made of a thin film with adjustable pores; a third layer (3) made of a thermal insulation material; and a fourth layer (4) made of an airtight, water-impermeable and heat preservation material; wherein the margins of the second layer (2) and the third layer (3) areadhered to form a cavity in which an exothermic composition (5) for self-heating upon contact with air is loaded; and the steam eyepatch/mask has a thickness of at least 1 mm. The steam eyepatch/mask can be used on both sides. When the first layer (1) is attached to the skin, residual reaction products or contaminants in the hot steam are absorbed by the activated carbon, and the hot steam promotes the blood circulation of the skin and opens the pores. When skin care products are applied and the fourth layer (4) is attached to the skin, the opened pores easily absorb the skin care products, and the fourth layer (4) prevents the moisture in the skin care products from penetrating into the exothermic composition (5), so as to avoid difficulty in control of a heating peak, and cross-contamination or infection of the skin by the water/oil in the heat reaction products and skin care products.
