Disclosed are a food crushing method and a wall-breaking food processor. The food crushing method comprises: (1) feeding: put food to be crushed into a crushing container; (2) pre-cutting materials: a plurality of spiral material cutting blades rotating at a high speed to preliminarily cut the food into small chunks of solid-liquid mixed food materials; (3) sucking the crushed materials: inner and outer cutters rotating coaxially to generate a swirling flow to mix the food materials, the food materials being sucked into the inner and outer cutters from the clearance between the spiral material cutting blades, and edges of the inner and outer rotating cutters tearing, cutting and crushing the sucked-in food materials into particles; (4) grinding: the food particles entering between a grinding disk and the outer cutter, and raising an abrasive material to further crush the food particles by grinding and refining by means of protrusions thereof; and (5) taking the materials: with respect to conventional crushing processing, the cell walls of the food after pre-cutting materials, sucking the crushed materials and grinding being totally broken, so that the vitamins, mineral substances, phytochemicals, proteins, water etc. inside the cells of the food are released fully and a beverage with high nutritional value is obtained.
