DENGUE VIRUS RECOMBINANT ANTIGEN AND PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION OF SAME

The present invention discloses a dengue virus recombinant antigen and a preparation method and an application of the same. The dengue virus recombinant antigen comprises: (a) a polypeptide composed of the amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID No. 1; and (b) a polypeptide having at least 98% homology with the polypeptide composed of the amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID No. 1; or (c) a polypeptide obtained by deletion, replacement, or addition of one or more amino acids of the polypeptide composed of the amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID No. 1. As verified by tests, a test kit prepared with this dengue virus recombinant antigen can accurately detect samples infected with four serotype dengue viruses. Therefore, this dengue virus recombinant antigen can be used for dengue fever detection.
