An electrostatic field structure with a collecting electrode band and oil-guiding groove, comprising a discharge electrode (1), a collecting electrode (3), a connecting spring (4), a scaffold body (6) comprising a plurality of electrode scaffolds (5), and an electrode frame (7). The collecting electrode (3) is a cylindrical or polygonal tube structure internally provided with an electrode cavity (2). At least one oil-guiding groove (9) is provided on the collecting electrode (3). The oil-guiding groove (9) communicates with the electrode cavity (2). Four installation openings (10) are provided in a symmetrical arrangement on side walls of the collecting electrode (3). The discharging electrode (1) is a cylindrical pillar inserted through the center of the collecting electrode (3). A plurality of tapered protrusions is provided along a lengthwise direction of the discharging electrode (1). A plurality of the collecting electrodes (3) is provided in the electrode frame (7) to form a mesh-like arrangement. Adjacent units of the collecting electrodes (3) are connected and secured using the connecting spring (4). Two ends of each of the discharge electrodes (1) are connected to two electrode scaffolds (5) respectively. Two of the scaffold bodies (6) are connected to the electrode frame (7) using a ceramic insulator (8). The oil-guiding groove with the electric field structure can prevent oil collecting in the electrode discharging area within the electrode cavity for collecting and discharging oil following purification.
