Equipment for use in extracting humic acid from soil, comprising a reaction vessel (1), a pH regulating unit, a filtering and purifying unit, a first acidifying container (8), a first acidity/alkalinity regulating unit, an adsorbing and enriching unit, a second acidifying container (22), a second acidity/alkalinity regulating unit, a humic acid extracting unit, and a general control unit (6). The humic acid extracting unit comprises an all-component extracting unit and a hydrophilic humic acid extracting unit. The equipment for use in extracting humic acid from soil is structurally simple and convenient to operate, has a high degree of automation, allows convenient and effective separation of hydrophilic humic acid from other impurities, not only is capable of extracting a large amount of all components of humic acid, but also is capable of extracting a large amount of dissolved hydrophilic humic acid, and improves the utilization of the humic acid extracted.
