CONTROL DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD HAVING BOTH PID EFFECT SUPPRESSION AND REPARATION FUNCTIONS

The present invention relates to a control device and control method having both Potential Induced Degradation (PID) effect suppression and reparation functions. The control device comprises a plurality of sub-control switches which correspond one-to-one to each photovoltaic power generation inverter system, a main control switch and an isolated voltage source having an adjustable output voltage; an end of the main control switch is connected to a neutral point of a transformer, and another end of the main control switch is connected to a positive output end of the isolated voltage source, while a negative output end of the isolated voltage source is connected to protective ground; an end of each sub-control switch is connected to an output negative end of a photovoltaic cell panel in a corresponding photovoltaic power generation inverter system, while another end of each sub-control switch is connected to a positive output end of the isolated voltage source. The control device further comprises a current-limiting resistor, a current sensor, and a fuse. The present invention may simultaneously solve the problems wherein costs and risk of electric shock for a nighttime inverse-voltage scheme are high, as well as the risk of electric shock caused by alternating current neutral-point elevation, and may better solve the problems of suppressing and repairing a PID effect in a grid-connected photovoltaic system.
