The present invention provides a LIDAR sensor device in which a LIDAR sensor vertically and horizontally moves in order to densely sample surfaces of a terrain and an object corresponding to a distance of interest depending on an operation mode of an unmanned vehicle. The LIDAR sensor device which is mounted on the unmanned vehicle comprises: the LIDAR sensor emitting and detecting a laser; a length extension part varied along one direction; and a horizontal rotation mounting part fixed to an upper end of the length extension part, and fixing the LIDAR sensor to rotate the LIDAR sensor about an axis extending in the one direction. The LIDAR sensor includes a data processing part performing a coordinate transformation process of point data corresponding to a detected LIDAR. Therefore, the point data in a desired area based on a surrounding environment and a driving speed of the unmanned vehicle can be obtained.
