The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for optimally allocating suppliers resource based on a contribution profit ratio of a resource consumer in an environment where energy resource is dispersed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for allocating energy resource in a dispersed energy resource system comprises the following steps: receiving information about an amount of available energy resource from each of one or more suppliers; receiving information about an amount of demanded energy resource from each of one or more consumers; evaluating a contribution profit ratio for each of the consumers; calculating an energy resource allocation amount for each of the consumers based on the evaluated contribution profit ratio; and allocating energy resource for each of the consumers based on the calculated energy resource allocation amount.
