According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for forming a stretchable electric circuit comprises the steps of: stretching a stretchable substrate; forming a plurality of align marks on the surface of the stretchable substrate; forming a first axis composed of an extension line of any two align marks of the plurality of align marks and a second axis perpendicular to the first axis; displaying one point of the surface of the stretched stretchable substrate with coordinates by the first and second axes; and arranging an electric element by using the coordinates. By displaying the surface of the stretched stretchable substrate with the coordinates, a process of arranging the electric element can be automated.
