The present invention comprises: a box shaped main body installing a drug input unit, to which real drugs and placebo drugs are supplied, at an upper part to be able to be opened and closed and forming a drug dispensing button and a drug dispensing hole on a portion of a front side; a drug holding unit connected to a lower part of the drug input unit, having an opened upper part to be able to hold the real drugs or the placebo drugs inputted via the drug input hole and forming a dispensing hole, through which the drugs are dispensed, in a lower part; a drug dispensing unit forming a hole corresponding to the dispensing hole, coupled to enable the hole to communicate with the dispensing hole, connected to the drug dispensing button and the drug dispensing hole and dispensing the inputted drugs through the drug dispensing hole by enabling a user to push the drug dispensing button; and a controller installed on a portion of the main body and connected to the drug dispensing unit to control operation of the drug dispensing unit. The drug dispensing unit makes the dispensing hole selectively communicate with the hole formed in the drug dispensing unit by a control operation of the controller to control dispensing of the drugs and to dispense sleeping pills only at a preset time by the control operation of the controller for the drugs held by the drug holding unit for preventing overdose of the drugs, and in the case that the user pushes the drug dispensing button to dispense the drugs besides the set time, supplies placebo drugs to stabilize a mental state of the user or a patient for having a positive effect on treatment of a disease.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
