The present invention relates to a wet quantity supply system for cleaning, crushing, and selecting contaminated soil capable of separating the contaminated soil attached to united oil and gravel in a process of selecting the contaminated soil for each predetermined diameter; and supplying a fixed amount of the contaminated soil after the process. The wet quantity supply system for cleaning, crushing, and selecting the contaminated soil comprises: a supplying device; and a drum crushing device. The supplying device discharges foreign substances such as the gravel or the like having the predetermined diameter or more for the inputted contaminated soil to the outside. The supplying device selects soil and gravel having a predetermined diameter or less; crushes the united soil; and separates the soil attached to the gravel. The drum crushing device separates the soil attached to the gravel by receiving the soil and the gravel from the supplying device; and selects the soil for each diameter by subdividing solidified soil. The present invention performs a cleaning process for the contaminated soil; and accurately and efficiently performs a selecting process for the contaminated soil.
