POLYESTER/POLYCARBONATE BLEND HAVING EXCELLENT THERMAL STABILITY AND COLOR STABILITY

Disclosed is a polyester/polycarbonate blend having excellent thermal stability and color stability. Specifically, the polyester/polycarbonate blend comprises: (a) poly(ethylene terephthalate-co-1,4-cyclohexylene dimethylene terephthalate) (P(ET-CT)) in which 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol (CHDM) is copolymerized in 40-90 mol% with respect to the total diol components; (b) polyethylene terephthalate; (c) polycarbonate; and (d) 1-100 ppm (weight ratio) of germanium with respect to the total polyester/polycarbonate blend, wherein the contents of the P(ET-CT) and the polyethylene terephthalate are 50-90 wt%; the content of the polyethylene terephthalate is 1-6 folds greater in weight ratio than the P(ET-CT); and the content of the polycarbonate is 10-50 wt%.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
