The present invention relates to a porcine blood hydrolysate and a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing porcine blood hydrolysate, which is rich in iron by using porcine blood usually discarded as waste in slaughterhouses and also ensures enhanced bioavailability owing to increased water solubility.
