The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a ginger cheonggukjang pill. More specifically, the method comprises: a step of sorting and peeling ginger and then washing and dehydrating the ginger; a step of primarily smashing the dehydrated ginger by using a smasher; a step of primarily drying the primarily smashed ginger until its moisture content becomes 1-3%; a step of manufacturing a ginger cheonggukjang mixture by mixing the primarily dried ginger with ground cheonggukjang and glutinous rice porridge; a step of secondarily smashing the mixture by using the smasher; a step of adding water to the secondarily smashed ginger cheonggukjang mixture and then kneading the mixture; a step of forming the kneaded ginger cheonggukjang mixture into a pill by using a pill maker; and a step of applying ginger juice to the surface of the ginger cheonggukjang pill and then secondarily drying the pill.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
